Scanfusion provides automated marketing compliance operations, including content review, rule pack evaluation (such as ASCI, SEBI, FSSAI guidelines), and live monitoring. The platform is designed as an operational aid and does not constitute formal legal advice.

3. Not Legal Counsel

Scanfusion operates as an operational multiplier to identify potential regulatory risks based on codified frameworks. Our automated reviews, risk scores, and evidence packs do not substitute for professional legal consultation. Final compliance and publication decisions remain the sole responsibility of your organization and its legal counsel.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not upload content that violates the intellectual property rights of others or contains malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

Scanfusion retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including its software, rule engines, algorithms, and designs. You retain all rights to the marketing assets and data you upload into the platform for review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scanfusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its automated compliance findings.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
